In the vibrant setting of Fiverr's Tel Aviv office, a dedicated team of office cleaners ensure a spotless and harmonious working environment.

Among them is Vitali, a former independent economist from Minsk, Belarus, who arrived in Israel in 2019  after closing his business. Vitali is a father of two, a 14 years old daughter who lives in Minsk and a 30 years old son who lives in Warsaw. His dreams for his children's future drive his motivation. 

Contrasting the landscapes of Minsk and Tel Aviv, Vitali notes the influence of weather on people's mood "There's no sun back there," he shares, reflecting on his hometown. "It causes depression. The weather here is better, so the people are happier."

Vitali expresses his appreciation for the employees at Fiverr, emphasizing the contrast to his previous workplace. "I want to say thank you. At my previous job,  I didn't get the smiles, understanding, and kind words that I receive here at Fiverr." Vitali's words emphasize the significance of fostering a culture of mutual respect and appreciation.
